About Ordito Fabric Double Folding Machine OF-802
The Ordito Fabric Double Folding Machine ( Model : OF-802) is designed for efficient and precise double folding of fabric, ensuring uniformity and consistency in every roll. It unwinds the fabric smoothly, folds it into two layers, and rewinds it into a compact roll, reducing the fabric width by half ( in a 1:2 ratio). This process improves handling, storage, and further processing.
Constructed with high-quality materials, including stainless steel components, the machine ensures proper fabric care and long-lasting performance. It is easy to operate, requires minimal manpower, and enhances overall productivity in textile operations.
It provided for doubles the fabric and through M.S. Triangle frame ( Powder coated) of pipe structure it ensures zero wrinkles in the fabric.
It aligns fabric edges automatically to ensure perfect lapping on strawboard through Sensor Units
